-Nanobubble O2 injection into water, -Treat it with UV light standard
photocatalytic reaction by TiO2 to "activate water”(unstable state): this
produces CO & H2 at later stage, - Mix this water vigorously with auto-
mobile grade hydrocarbon to create micelle /emulsion, - Infuse CO2 gas in
this emulsion liquid, -Hydrocarbon identical to feedstock is recovered in
additional 5-10% of original volume consistently, entire process takes 5mins.
Next 2pages show eg of similar mechanics but with higher cost process
Less disruptive version of this carbon dioxide used production of fuel is
publicized at mainstream, but still not heavily promoted as Carbon
sequestration/Climate change prevention activity suffers? :
