tend to have a solution and hide it behind a metaphor
or some allegory so as to avoid being too didactic. But
the feminist sensibility is one that says: I can only show
you what I have observed, and what I have observed is
that some problems of the past get solved, but as they
get solved, seeds of new problems arise. I find that very
humbling. It’s also very self-reflexive because it is aware of
its own position, its own complexities and complications
that may emerge from it before making any recommendation, and then it critiques its own recommendations.
I love that.
