The Gaidar Institute for Economic
Policy (The Gaidar Institute)
is a scientific research and educational
methodology center. The Gaidar
Institute is involved in both fundamental
and applied research in various
fields: macroeconomics and finance;
Association of Innovative Regions
of Russia (AIRR) is the structure,
which unites the heads of executive
and legislative powers of 14 territorial
entities of the Russian Federation,
those, who consider innovative
development as a prerequisite for
regional growth. Over 3 innovative
infrastructure facilities operate in the
Association’s regions including regional
engineering centers, technological and
industrial parks, business incubators,
innovative territorial clusters, etc.,
that accounts for almost a half (45%)
of all facilities operating on the territory
of the Russian Federation.

Administration (RANEPA) is one
of the leading Russian universities,
implementing programs of higher
education and further training
for highly professional specialists
(economists, financiers, bankers,
civil servants, lawyers and managers).
RANEPA is a major scientific, research
and consulting center, working in close
collaboration with public authorities
and private companies.
