CONTEMPLATION
The Colors of Autumn

Autumn is my favorite season. Nature
is preparing for winter but trees are changing
the color of the foliage from green to yellow,
orange and red. Berries, fruits and vegetables
are getting ripe and animals are making food
supplies, arranging their homes for coming
cold and icy time of the year.
This is an unpredictable season.
Sometimes it rains the whole week and a cold
wind blows, sometimes the sun shines brightly
and birds cheerfully sing. The days are getting
shorter and the nights longer. But despite all
this, it becomes easier to breathe because
the heat of summer goes away to let
calmness and chillness of autumn settle down
quietly.
October comes to us with the whisper
of the falling leaves, painting everything
around in bright colors. How good it is in this
weather to go to the forest to take a walk
along the yellowed trees! In the mean time it is
amazing to listen to your favorite music and to
get a smile on your face. All the fuss around
suddenly subsides down, giving room to your
imagination and creation. No doubt, autumn
inspires us in spite of its tranquility and
serenity.
But I love autumn for the other reason.
It is a great time for evening walks with friends
in your favorite sweater and for meetings at a
nearby cafe with a cup of fragrant coffee or
tea while autumn is twirling in a colourful
dance. We enjoy the last warm days, admiring
the beauty of the nature and thinking about
life flowing along.
This is the time when we want to take a
warm blanket, a cup of hot tea and biscuits to
arrange a home cinema in a rainy evening. We
can start collecting leaves or making an album
with our favorite photos. It is a nice idea to
devote this season to your favorite hobby.
Autumn is a soulful part of our life when
we want to spend more time among the
closest people. This is a magical time. This is
the perfect time. We must breathe in every
minute, every second of it, so, this way
memories will warm us from the inside in long
winter evenings. I think, this is the main magic
of autumn.
