We all ignore sunscreens. It should not be forgotten by anyone, but especially to
women after 35 years. If you don‘t use creams with SPF-factor, the skin will simply
grow old faster. Ultraviolet radiation, even emitted by a light bulb indoors, accel-
erates skin photoaging, withers it and forms wrinkles. Sunscreen will protect the
skin not only from dryness, but also from the appearance of pigmentation. It is
highly important to use it during the period menopause, when hyperpigmentation
appears particularly quickly.
Helena Zdobinská Reisingerová‘s advice: „Sun activity is becoming more and more dangerous for
our skin every year. Even a single burn is a risk factor for the development of malignant melanoma.
We should protect ourselves from the negative effects of sunlight at all times. Besides the classic
sunscreen, BB creams with SPF 15, 20 or 30 can also be used. There are also some makeups, which
protect the skin due to the SPF protective factor. Sun-exposed skin always needs special nutrition,
whether in a home-care or ideally at the clinic visit, where skin gets professional care and deep
hydration. A great solution is a mesotherapy with hyaluronic acid or RegeMatrix, a combination of
hyaluronic acid and the patient‘s own plasma.„
