COMPETITION
In November and December 2016, the Me-
diestetik clinic, the world’s only network of
clinics of its kind devised a competition for
the patients and the doctors in a one-of-a-
kind event. Our team has chosen four can-
didates from a couple of hundred appli-
cants. Four teams comprising of one dentist
and one dermatologist had a budget of
100 000 Czech crowns to transform the face
and teeth of the chosen applicants. Each
team’s task is to achieve the best possible
aesthetic effect on a
winning candidate.

In this unique competition, the Battle of the Beauty, (which
the Mediestetik clinic organized), we show you, how special-
ists from our clinic can transform people and their lives, be-
cause the makeup and dresses are just the icing on the cake.
We find the natural beauty of people, which we highlight,
preserve and improve. We are going to present to you 2 win-
ners in this issue of Youth Code and 2 in the following one.
Our first winner was Mrs. Zuzana Suske, who is 54 years
old. Dr. Neparidze’s treatment included an ultrasound lifting
of the chin by Ultraformer, Artfilting, which is lifting with
threads of the cheeks, wrinkle elimination around the eyes
and glabella with botox, and face pigmentation removed by
V-beam laser. Dr. Karelin also placed new ceramic crowns.
For the second candidate, 40 years old Anna Stráníková, Dr.
Sthyrkhunova suggested radio-frequency lifting to energize
collagen production. Fine wrinkles around the eyes were
smoothed by Botox. The tone of the skin was unified using
pigmentation removal, lips and cheeks gained volume and
shape from dermal fill er application. Doctor Kachmar then
added a perfect smile to her beautiful face by placing ceramic
veneers.
