> Attractive people are more
successful and even happier. When
most people try to improve their
looks they usually focus on things
which are the most noticeable.
However there are little things that
better determine our appearance.
• Teeth stains – Can be solved by dental
hygiene. It keeps the mouth and teeth clean
as well as preventing dental problems.
The effect of professional dental hygiene
is immediately visible. The teeth are
completely clean, brighter and smoother
to touch.
• Teeth discoloration – It is unavoidable
to have some changes in teeth colour due
to ageing, if you smoke or if your coffee
and tea consumption is quite high. For a
more appealing smile try professional teeth
whitening. The effect lasts up to three years
and brighten your teeth colour up to four
shades.
• Double chin - This excess layer of
hanging tissue is usually caused by
overweight or old age. Before we resort
to a surgical procedure, there are few
other ways to eliminate a double chin.
The easiest and cheapest of all is exercise.
You could also try injection lipolysis i.e.
the active solution is applied directly into
the fat cells which are dissolved naturally
within four weeks.
• Sagging knees - Even such a neglected
part of our body as the knees are prone
to wrinkles as we age. People who all of
a sudden lose lots of weight might have
the same problem. There is a premium
non-invasive deep (instrumental) lifting
using radiofrequency energy. Thermage
achieves results comparable to the plastic
surgery without any evasive treatment to
your body.
• Pigmentation - Dark spots, age spots,
sunspots or freckles, these uneven
skin complexions are all known as
pigmentation. Lasers are a highly effective
way how to get rid of them. Whether it is
done by a fractional ablative Candela CO2
laser, vascular V-Beam® Perfecta laser or
by a combination, the complete removal
of pigment spots or larger pigmentation
areas is possible.

take hot showers – hot water washes
away the protective film of the skin,
opens the pores hence the skin is more
sensitive to cold weather.
moisturise your skin. dry winter air
causes skin to dry, become irritated
and taut. therefore always have a good
moisturizing cream at hand.
under sleep - if you get enough sleep
your skin will look incredibly healthy!
skipping on sleep may result in puffy
eyes, dark circles and an ashy complexion.
exfoliate at least twice a week. remove all
dry and dead skin with a face scrub.
smoke - smoking is very bad for your
skin. Your skin will look greasy, without
a spark of brightness and moreover is
rapidly ageing.
wear gloves. it will protect your hands
from cold and dry air, whilst also
preventing your hands from cracking.
