STRATEGIC GOAL THREE
By 2019 the YWCA retains the necessary resources and
organisational capacity to ensure it can continue to deliver
to its purpose and achieve best practice in service delivery
Within the current strategic plan YWCA Adelaide
have maintained our focus on continuous
improvement towards growing a contemporary
organisation. This has included a new accounting
system and investment in Customer Relationship
software to support management of our stakeholder
relationships across the community. We have
significantly progressed on achieving external
accreditation under the Australian Service Excellence
Standards, with anticipated completion in the coming
year.
YWCA Adelaide has also participated in national
discussions on the consolidation of local YWCA
associations into a new national entity, under the
National Merger Project.
Information & consultation sessions
have been made available to
members on these discussions to
date, and we continue to engage
with members on this important
process.
