YWCA Adelaide was invited to partner
with Women’s Information Service
to deliver the South Australian
Government’s Body Image Campaign,
and delivered leadership workshops for
young women at the Muslim Women’s
Association.
Our social group SHE Meets was invited
to partner with University of South
Australia’s SHE’s Artistic Fringe Festival
event as well as Mercury Cinema’s
presentation of the World of Women
Film Festival.

Our continued collaboration as part of
the inter-agency Addressing Violence
Alliance saw the delivery of a highly
successful workshop: Responding to
Aboriginal Women experiencing Family
and Domestic Violence – increasing the
cultural capacity of South Australia’s
workforce. And YWCA Adelaide was
invited as a founding member of the
newly formed inter-agency Family and
Domestic Violence Advocacy Network.
