FUTURE FOCUS
This dynamic organisation is rich in ideas, energy and initiative. Our future
is founded in a solid past, but is one that can demonstrate capacity to
collaborate, is focused on building diversity, and is highly engaged in
local, national and international community issues for women. As
membership associations work increasingly together, this will only
strengthen our national profile and empower us to do more. We look
forward to the coming year in which we will:
Strengthen our initiatives in developing women’s leadership
Increase the diversity of the community engaged in our programs
and services
Expand dialogue with our stakeholders including our membership
younger and older
Continue to innovate in the programs and events we deliver, whilst
strengthening our reporting on their impact
Strengthen our focus on sustainability and opportunity in a changing
funding environment
Continue to encourage public discussion and debate on the issues
that are important to us in furthering gender equity and addressing
the needs of women and girls
Embrace a national brand to further articulate who we are and our
purpose in what we do.
