SHE LEADS CONFERENCE
YWCA Adelaide introduced its annual SHE Leads Conference in 2012 in
response to research with young women which showed they are seeking
confidence, networks, skills and visible female role models to support their
leadership development.
The main purpose of the Conference each year is to raise the leadership
aspirations of young women, with an annual focus to distinguish each
event.
In 2013 a primary purpose of the SHE Leads Conference was to enrich the
skills of delegates and break out sessions focussed on leadership skills such
as public speaking, networking
