An intercept study revealed the target market was looking for family entertainment and activities for school-aged children. Place Rosemère’s idea to teach kids to cook was innovative among their competitors and connected with families. All workshops sold out in one week: a total of 750 children attended 31 cooking classes. Culinary classes for kids cooked up sales per square foot an incredible +3% in March 2015, over double the goal and started the centre on a positive sales trend for 2015!
