SHABBOS TOLDOS , 2ND OF KISLEV :
Lately the Ba ’ al Koreh , Dovid Raskin , calls up the Rebbe to the Torah every Monday , Thursday , Shabbos , Shabbos
Mincha , etc . People started to say that it ’ s not respectful to give the Rebbe so many Aliyos . On hearing this , the Rebbe dismissed the complaint .
TUESDAY , CHAG HAGEULAH , 19TH OF KISLEV :
After Maariv , a huge crowd assembled for the Rebbe ’ s
Farbrengen at 770 . Speakers were set up on the walls so that everyone could hear the Farbrengen . The pushing was unbearable ; there wasn ’ t an inch of space . People were hanging from the walls , on top of benches and tables , peering through windows and in any other area where a glimpse of the Rebbe was possible . It was said , that since the Rebbe came to America , there was never such a big crowd in 770 .
SHABBOS VAYESHEV , 23RD OF KISLEV :
Today at the Farbrengen the Rebbe said that when a
Chasid receives an instruction from a Rebbe he must fulfill it right away without any hesitation or contemplation on whether he understands it .
