Greatings Sponsors and Delegates
On Saturday April 16, 2016, IYPC-USA, MTMotivations and LaExpose’ will present our 1st Annual “International Youth Peace Conference”. This exciting event will take place at West Mitchell CME, 560 Martin Luther King Jr. Dr. S.W. Atlanta Ga. 30314 under the leadership of Pastor, Dr. Lisa Allen-McLaurin and Thomas McLaurin.
The day’s events will target issues related to equipping our youths with strategies on how to handle violence and promote peace. We will close out the evening with a dance competition and an awards ceremony. There will be a special welcome Reception on Friday night prior to the conference for all the facilitators and international leaders, including King Oguwusi, the Ooni of Ife and Prince Abiri. We will have some of the most gifted and talented speakers from various states attending and sharing their expertise and advice.
Our focus is to develop and encourage youths while offering programs that are diverse and appealing to all. The primary source of funding for this event will be from corporate sponsors, and individuals such as you. It is with this thought that we are soliciting your support as a Sponsor in making this event a huge success. As a Sponsor, you will receive major exposure throughout this great venture. Our multimedia advertising will extend to the entire world, via social media, TV, magazine, Souvenir booklet, radio, etc. We are attempting to reach those who’ve had a major impact in their communities. With your gifts, proceeds will be allocated to advertising, honorariums, the host leaders, supplies, souvenirs and a percentage to the host church.
