Pastors of Times of Refreshing Tabernacle where they have sown much and provided an array of needed services. A ministry “Where the blessing of Lord maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it” (Proverbs 10:22). During those years a number of ministries have been birth out of the congregation.

In 2012, the purchase of Hoffler & Associates Counseling Services, which has two locations.
1880 Dublin , Blvd. Colorado Springs, CO. north and
210 West Ohio , Ave. Fountain, CO. south.
In 2013, the construction and completion of T.O.R. Child Development Center, which accommodate fifteen children.
Our goal in 2016 is to expand our ministries in the City of Fountain by building a bigger worship facility and a family counseling center in order to accommodate and reach the needs of the community.
