Not many of us would probably compare it to Mona Lisa or Michelangelo’s David but nevertheless food can also bring us an aesthetic experience. Moreover, we can place the same demands on food as we place on artworks. Man has always thought about how to make his or her food better. Originally, it was tastier berries, then meat and even later it was seasoning. We have invented many ways how to process and prepare meals and various rules for dining. Molecular gastronomy appeared as well as culinary aesthetics. You can enjoy those in the heart of Prague.
