Laura is finishing her last quarter at Cascadia
before moving up to Bellingham to finish a
bachelors in environmental and sociology
studies. Last year she was the poetry editor for
Yours Truly and this year she wanted to focus
on the event as the event manager. She had
the most amazing team backing her and is
incredibly grateful to be a part of this process
one more time before she’s off to University.
Laura has been playing guitar and writing
poetry for about 10 years. As a musician and
poet, she values properly honoring people’s
work. She thrives to support a community that
is connected and supportive.
If you don’t know Andrew very well, just
remember him for his “never give up” type
mentality that prompted Pottermore to sort him
in the Griffyndor house. He has been a student
at Cascadia since the fall of 2014. He’s never
afraid to take risks and go beyond expectations
to achieve a goal. As the marketing director, he’s
always open to listening to everyone’s ideas and
treats every staff member of Yours Truly like
family. In his free time, he’s been really getting
into competitive Super Smash Bros. scenes as
he’s been attending lots of SSC (Super Smash
Clash) tournaments with friends lately.
