Galaxy
Emily Oomen
Her body is a galaxy
Filled with millions and millions of stars
and seemingly familiar planets full of gaseous mystery
Her mind is filled with shooting stars
and the occasional unexpected black hole
that can spin out of control at any minute
Her heart is the sun
and oh how I find myself unable to escape from its gravity
and even though her constellations are my compass
I still find myself lost
in the endless universe that is her
