Last autumn over 270 amazing athletes crossed the finish line of the second Guy ’ s Urban Challenge – our fantastic event where you can run , spin , climb to the top of the world ’ s tallest hospital building , Guy ’ s Tower !

Patients , supporters and staff took on the route , helping to raise over £ 109,000 for Guy ’ s and St Thomas ’ and Evelina London . Thank you to everyone who took part or supported – it was a great day !
