The body – Following a training program set up for me by
AMPD fitness I intend to create a better physical platform
for my game, thus increasing stamina and the strength to
perform past my current ability.
A lot of you reading this will think is isnt achievable, and
those of you that do will be sat there thinking it’s only
going to be achieved through the abundance of help I’m
receiving. If we break it down I’m not really doing anything
that I shouldn’t have been doing before. Learning the
game, staying positive and keeping physically fit.
So I start this journey in November, I lay my marker down
