What do you do now? Many golfers, after they have hit their shot spend the next few minutes as they are walking to their ball trying to work out: • What they did? • W  hat they should have done differently • Remembering the last time they did it? • What might happen next? • Anything else……..? These questions follow a poor result, if the shot is a good one: • How did I do that? • That was lucky • Breathe a sigh of relief • I hope that continues • Expectation grows Any combination of the above will not help you with the next shot you are about to play and at Mind Fit™ we would call it ‘Behavioural Waste®’, something you do that is wasting energy, time and will influence your attitude and ability to perform moving forwards. Your aim as you play is to reduce/ eliminate those behaviours and not allow those attitudes that interfere with how you play. On the upside we want to help you to grow the attitudes and behaviours that help you perform at your best and once you understand what they are you can ‘tap into’ them whenever you like.
