IS THERE A ROAD MAP FOR THE 2015 SEASON I.E. WHERE YOU THINK YOU SHOULD FINISH DEPENDING ON THE COURSES YOU PLAY AND A WORLD RANKING TARGET FOR THE YEAR? HOW MUCH OF A POSITIVE IMPACT DOES PLAYING AND WINNING IN MATCH PLAY EVENTS HAVE ON THE REST OF YOUR GAME, DO YOU TAKE THAT MINDSET IN TO STROKE PLAY EVENTS? “The win at the Nedbank gave me a great start obviously. I’ve got a run in Europe and then a couple more majors in America and then come back and really push in the Race to Dubai. I’m second behind Rory at the moment and we’ve got to try to chase him down and just try to play some good golf.” “Even guys that have won time after time, year after year will tell you that victories still give them confidence and belief and I’m no different. I think any kind of success leaves you wanting more. I love the challenge of Match Play and there are little things that carry over into Stroke Play. One of the things that I think has changed for me is that maybe in the past I was influenced by what other players were doing. Now I like to think that I can be the one to dictate with what I’m doing.” NOW THAT YOU HAVE YOUR TEMPORARY CARD FOR THE US TOUR DOES THAT HAVE A BIG EFFECT ON YOUR EUROPEAN SCHEDULE, WILL YOU PRIORITISE US EVENTS OVER PLAYING IN EUROPE? “It’s just a case of being able to plan a bit more. This is what it’s all about and it’s a schedule I’ve wanted to have ever since I got on tour. We’re travelling here, there and everywhere on the European Tour, basically playing all around the world, just chasing the sunshine. “In America there are some fantastic golf tournaments going on and if you’re not in the top 50 you’re missing out on them, the World Golf Championships and the majors and you feel like you’ve fallen behind in terms of experience and world ranking points. “It’s going to be a good year. You can plan it properly and I’m kind of playing both schedules, nine or 10 that count on both tours so you’re almost playing a dual schedule without travelling too much and stressing too much.” YOU HAVE FAIRED EXTREMELY WELL WHEN YOU HAVE FEATURED IN MATCH PLAY EVENTS, IS A RYDER CUP PICK A TARGET FOR YOU AND WHAT “STRENGTHS” WOULD YOU BRING TO A TEAM? “It’s obviously a huge target for me and hopefully a byproduct of what I do over the months ahead.
