PSNA is looking for a YNP Board Member !
PSNA is looking for fill one seat on its Board with a new-to-practice RN ( within 5 years of licensure ). The term is 2 years . The PSNA Board Member is expected to participate at all Board meetings . Quarterly Board meetings and possibly committee meetings in addition to one to two days every other year for strategic planning , or annually if needed , should be expected . Frequent travel may be required to both the PSNA headquarters and other sites to fulfill the PSNA spokesperson role .

Volunteer Opportunity
At the MDA , each district office offers a weeklong summer camp to children aged 6-17 who have some form of neuromuscular disease . It is absolutely free of charge to the families thanks to many generous volunteers .
They are in need of at least 1 nurse ( LPN , RN , or BSN ) who can attend the camp in Worcester , PA from June 11-18 as Medical Staff .

Mercersburg Academy is looking to hire a summer Health Services Assistant ( aka Camp Nurse ). The health services intern will assist the school ’ s full-time health center staff in daily care of summer campers , including minor first aid and administration of medicines at meals or in the dorms . The health services intern is often the first contact for campers , counselors , and directors in the event of a medical need .
