Sweden in December of 2015. The
company provides interim management
and qualified business administration
services for real estate and construction
companies, plus recruitment services.
“When we started this company, we set out
with the goal of building a consulting and
recruitment business that delivers quality
staffing resources and expertise to our
clients”, said Ljung.
Approximately eight months after
REsource Interim Partners was launched,
Ljung and Abiad were pleased to say their
business is exactly where they hoped it
would be. Having provided talent to fill
temporary positions such as CFO, Project
Controller, Head of Finance and Accounting
specialists at some of the largest real
estate companies in the greater Stockholm
area in Sweden, the company will move
into the last quarter of 2016 with an
outcome better than expected, leaving the

company’s forecasts for the future to be
bright as well. REsource Interim Partners
expects to grow not only in clientele, but
they also plan to grow their work force
by at least five more employees
within a year’s time.

Behind their motivation:

Partners after meeting
and working together
as managers at Price
Waterhouse Coopers
(PwC) in Stockholm. They
shared a dream to set out on
their own, starting a business
with their own values and thoughts
on quality and management. After having
discussed core values, strategies and a
wide range of possible scenarios they
finally decided to leave their comfort zones
and go for it, proving that where there
is a will, there is a way when it comes to
achieving dreams.
