EVENTS
Hanuman Festival strives to curate an
intentional event to awaken ourselves
and celebrate life. By bringing the
community together and through
prayer, yoga, music, mantra and dance,
we awaken and inspire each other into
the most heart-centered, present, and
loving versions of ourselves. And in
community, one is inspired to celebrate
the incredible existence and
opportunity to be alive, in gratitude,
and in the full expression of ourselves.

Hanuman Festival believes society
needs yoga more than ever. This year’s
theme “Keeping it Real” will invite
conversation in classes and panel
discussions around spiritual ego,
learning how to identify “spiritual
bypassing,” and how we can avoid the
pitfalls and blindspots of being a yogi.
Hanuman Festival wants to empower
students to have a discerning eye
towards that which keeps us from
curating meaningful connections and
happiness, and hopes illuminating a
shadow aspect of the practice will help
us all return to our authentic selves.
The festival line-up also includes master
teachers Amber Ryan, Eddie Modestini
and Kristin Bosteels, Girish, Heidi Wirtz,
Jaya Lakshmi and Ananda, Kat Tudor,
Kriste Peoples, Laura Plumb, Miguel
Angel Vergara, Nataraja Kallio, Sreedevi
Bringi, YogaSlackers teachers Matt &
Kristen, and many more!
On Thursday, June 13, world-renowned
teachers Amy Ippoliti and Govind Das
and Radha are scheduled for half-day
Immersions that will allow the
practitioner to spend more time on a
particular topic.
The location of Hanuman Festival is on
the scenic grounds of the Boulder High
School’s great lawn next to Boulder
Creek, adjacent to the Boulder Farmer's
