1 cup coconut powder
30 dates, washed, dried, pitted and
chopped
1/4 cup cacao powder

Coconut flour is a very good source of
dietary fiber. The high potassium and
natural sugar in dates is perfect for
refuelling the brain and muscles. Cacao is
truly amazing. It is said to improve
memory, reduce heart disease, boost
immunity, create loads of energy and give
you bliss! The bliss balls are ready in just
five minutes and you can eat them
immediately.
INSTRUCTIONS
Blend coconut powder and cacao
powder in a blender. Now add the dates
and blend until they mix together to form
a soft dough.
Make balls with your hands and they’re
ready to serve!
