We collect information by reading book, by google search and prepare our mind to have similar kind of experience. Mind is very tricky so the focus should be on experience. In order to do so, we should unlearn and then learn. Spirituality says, naked yourself, know your real self, discover self, unmask yourself, be authentic to self. So the process is evolutionary and can be expedited by taking the charge of your own life. Process of grounding happens gradually and self actualisation can put a full stop to one’s reaction. Q. This is a transition phase till we find a balance between internal and external world. So it is normal to witness but it is always better to start under guidance. Q.
