“
If your heart is broken, but you don’t want to give up on your relationship
just yet, tackle these heart-healing practices I have compiled from the
lessons bestowed on me in my NDE- to Forgive, Love, and Heal. You
may very well be able to heal your relationship, and if not, you will be
well on your way to healing your heart”.
My NDE changed all that. I learned that consciousness
exists outside of our body, and that life, therefore, exists
after death. I also saw firsthand that there is one, all-
pervading, supreme love and intelligence that is the source
of the entire universe. Therefore, we are all connected to
each other because we are all made of the one and same
energy that manifests as differentiated matter.
This realization helped me see past the addictions I held in
my life. As a result of this clarity about the nature of reality,
my priorities changed. I left my highly successful career as a
heart-anesthesiologist and sold my mansion and expensive
cars in order to pursue consciousness-based healing.
And yet, just as I embarked upon this mission to spread
consciousness-based healing to others suffering from
addiction, life gave me the opportunity to practice this
healing on myself in the realm of love and heartbreak.
You see, as I prepared to embark upon my newly
discovered path, my wife told me she didn’t love me
anymore.
I felt the same kind of shock you would feel if I told you
gravity was not real. Everything I knew to be true--the very
foundation of my world--was destroyed. How could this
be true? How could she do this to me? I was completely
heartbroken. I went through two years of acute pain. I
experienced symptoms of PTSD, including flashbacks,
waves of panic, chest pain, and a decline in functioning. I
felt utterly victimized and tormented by things that were
beyond my control.
taught me and ask: “How can this be applied to healing my
heartbreak?”
Thus began my journey from heartbreak to healing to thriving
again in love.
It was through a spiritual practice of forgiveness, loving-kindness,
ego-surrender, and consciousness-based healing that I am now
experiencing a love that is better than I ever had before (and
with my wife, I’m happy to say)!
Looking back now, I see that I was not only meant to share the
NDE-revealed truths with others, but was destined to apply
them first to my own life to experience the healing process first-
hand. The trauma of the “near death” of my marriage prompted
me to apply the consciousness-based healing lessons I had
learned in my NDE to heal my heart, my wife’s heart, and our
marriage.

Forgive, Love, and Heal. You may very well be able to heal your
relationship, and if not, you will be well on your way to healing
your heart.
And yet, also during this time, I came to recognize my own
role in the demise of my marriage. This breach of love did
not come from a vacuum. When I was honest with myself
and set aside my own ego, I could see my power in
creating the current reality.
And so I was able to turn back to the truths my NDE had
