that I can also cross space, time, and karma ... then one can
speak a sattvic time, a rajasic time and a tamasic time, in which,
Sattvic would be the present, the now, the Rajasic the future and
Tamás the past.
It is about the circulation of prana in space and time. It is
not described in any book, that is why we say it’s an
updated contribution or neo-Ayurveda. The pranosphere
carries information and energy. Prayers are pranic thoughts
and being electric currents also generate magnetism; these
waves of thought also converge in the pranosphere.
The pranosphere is a srota, a subtle extracorporeal nadi,
more pure and brighter than air, and at the same time the
region that occupies this element. The pranosphere is
generated by space and through it generates prana,
connecting prana with akasha. We are not in the
pranosphere, we are the pranosphere, we are part of it.
Prana is action, movement. The mind is prana expressing
itself and as such we can integrate it with the gunas
(another contribution to the neo-Ayurveda). Thus, there
will be Sattvic prana: building a school, cleansing the river,
dharma prana, vairagya, with detachment from the result.
Also, there will be Rajasic prana (everyday life, stress,
competition, survival) and Tamasic prana (shouting, hitting,
rapes). And if I can cross the prana with the gunas, it means
