Johanna Sambucini is an Integrative
Nutrition Health Coach, Natural Chef, 500
RYT, and Fitness Model based in New York
City. She is the founder of Nutritiously JO,
a health and wellness brand that focuses
on holistic nutrition, food therapy,
wellness, and yoga. As a model, a former
pageant and fitness competitor for 10
years, Johanna had struggled with
digestive issues, cystic acne, extreme
weight loss, and chronic stress, which
really took a toll on her mental, physical
and emotional health. It wasn’t until she
accidently met with an Ayurvedic doctor in
New York City who changed her life.
Johanna’s healing journey through
Ayurveda and Yoga led her to pursue a
career in in natural health, holistic
nutrition, and yoga. Johanna is currently
studying Integrative & Functional Nutrition
and finishing up her chef training in health
supportive cooking at the Natural
Gourmet Institute in NY. Johanna has
studied Ayurvedic nutrition and cooking
with Dr. Naina Marballi in NYC and Kerala.
She has also made several trips to India
and Southeast Asia to deepen her
knowledge in Yoga. Her mission is to
empower women by educating them on
the importance of whole food nutrition,
lifestyle modifications, treating the root
cause using a functional approach and to
“live nutritiously from the inside out”. Her
approach to health and wellness is simple,
