I have always said that good health and beauty are two sides of the same coin. Unless
you are healthy from the inside, you cannot reflect true beauty. In this respect, yoga is
very relevant to our modern lifestyle, in terms of both health and beauty.

ndeed, yoga has been very much a
part of my life and career, because
Ayurveda and Yoga are so closely
connected. I have found Yoga to be an
excellent way of relieving stress. The
best thing about Yoga is that it does
not need any equipment and can be
done anywhere. I have been practicing
Yoga for a long time and continue with
it even when I am travelling abroad. I
have found it to be ideal for relieving
fatigue, calming the mind and bringing
about total relaxation. In fact, yoga has

One of the asanas that is necessary for
beautiful skin and hair is Pranayam, as
it helps to increase oxygenation and
