for Southeastern Michigan. DuBuc earned a B.A. in community relations from Michigan State
University in 2000. He served with the Peace Corps in Niger, West Africa and he has a long history
of volunteerism and community involvement. He and his wife, Tara, have been married for eight
years and they have three young children. DuBuc serves on the Commission for the Arts, the Senior
Citizens Advisory Committee, ROOTS, and the Environmental Advisory Board.
Randy Dunn

State Representative Randy D. Dunn was first elected to the Missouri
House of Representatives in November of 2012. In addition to his
legislative duties, Dunn is a licensed realtor and small business owner,
and previously served as a city planner. Dunn attends St. James United
Methodist Church. He is involved with the following organizations: Alpha
Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., Omicron Xi Lambda Chapter; Construction
Committee for Kansas City Habitat for Humanity; Steering Committee for Greater Kansas City Food
Policy Coalition; Kansas City Youth Court; Freedom, Inc.; Engage KC Leadership Advisory Board,
and Vine Street District Council. Dunn obtained his B.A. in urban affairs and his M.P.A. from the
University of Missouri-Kansas City where he was a HUD Fellow. @MORepDunn
Crisanta Duran

Crisanta Duran, the majority leader of the Colorado House of
Representatives, is in her third term representing House District 5 in
central Denver. Rep. Duran has been a leader in legislative economic
development efforts, and sponsored a measure to create “jump-start”
zones in rural areas of the state that are lagging in Colorado’s economic
recovery. Before being elected to the caucus leadership, Rep. Duran was
chairwoman of the legislature’s Joint Budget Committee, which in 2014 included measures to
increase the economic security of Colorado families. She is a sixth-generation Coloradan with a
law degree from the University of Colorado, where she was elected president of the Student Bar
Association and the Latino Law Student Association. Her bachelor’s degree is from the University
of Denver, where she was a double major in public policy and Spanish.
