Glögg Holiday Business Mixer
As is customary for Swedish tradition, Christmas and the Holiday season is enjoyed with a warm cup of glögg
together with raisins and almonds. This year SACC-Philadelphia started the Holiday season with the annual
Glögg Business Mixer on November 29th at The Racquet Club of Philadelphia. It was a great evening together
with members and friends. Britt Apell made delicious +Glögg, which was enjoyed with hours d’oeuvres and
live cello music in the beautiful red room of the Club. During the evening a raffle and auction took place with
great prizes from generous sponsors such as Club Quarters, Whistlepig, Sagaform, Design House Stockholm
and the Racquet Club of Philadelphia.
For the eight-consecutive year the annual SACC Business Entrepreneurial Award was presented at the event.
The Business Entrepreneurial Awards is given to an individual or a company who has made a significant
contribution to the exchange of trade and commerce between Scandinavia and the Philadelphia Region.
