Emma Nilsson, Financial Manager
Emma grew up in Uppsala, Sweden and later moved to Stockholm to pursue her
university studies at Stockholm School of Economics. She recently graduated from
the university with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Economics and a newfound
interest in international affairs. Since her graduation Emma has worked as an
administrative and economic assistant at a medical consultancy firm in conjunction
with freelancing as a copywriter. She thoroughly enjoys combining her knowledge
in business and economics with her passion for writing.
With American culture being an integral part of her upbringing through books,
movies and pop culture, Emma is now very excited to experience American life firsthand when living in Philadelphia. She also believes that the internship as a Finance
Manager at the Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce will give her insight into
a wide array of business ventures and that it will be an invaluable opportunity to
experience American business culture and to apply her theoretical knowledge from
university on real-life tasks.
