For more than 9 years, DJ XXXotic Mami has proven that she is more than just eye candy. Her
accomplishments show how with great work ethic a women can move to the top of the male dominated entertainment industry. DJ XXXotic Mami took her art of promotions and a hobby of spinning on turntables to a career that she is concurring one mixtape and one on air radio show at a time. DJ XXXotic Mami remembers when unknown hip hop artist had to sell cd's on the street and hand to hand. She worked carrying crates and doing club security for the one and only DJ Clue in Queens, Amazura night club. DJ XXXotic Mami put out her first mixtape The Unkept Secret where she hand picked the hottest underground, indie hip hop artist and put them together in one place. This mixtape has gone gold with over 100k downloads in just a few months.
Breaking records and gaining 6,683 downloads in 24 hours. DJ XXXotic Mami has a following spreading across the world faster then she has time to travel it. Head A n R's from major labels tune into her internet radio show, 'The A n R Report' to find out who is hot and who is not.
A native of Queens, New York, 25 year old XXXotic has been a fan of HipHop since the early days of Salt and Pepper, LL Cool J, Kool Moe Dee, Super Lover Cee, and Special Edition. She became a fan of DJs while watching DJ Clue come up. Watching him mix and blend and move crowds made her want to jump behind the tables. She also did grunge work with The Rockaway Twins, two twins from queens NY that took pleasure taking over the house party scene during the late 90s.
People look at her Dj name and wonder why the three X's. Actually her name was DJ Xotic Mami because of her very feminine girly looks but during early stages of Twitter her account was hacked and she started DJ XXXotic Mami because thats all that was available. She has been known as DJ XXXotic Mami ever since.
In the past year she has landed 'In The Trap Radio', which she played music from the early days of Hip Hop. In the Trap was like saying dj'ing from te crates. She then landed 'The XXXecutive Decision', on DTF Radio, which she blended mainstream with new immerging talent and decided whos music was industry standard. After climbing her way to the top and making connects only some would wish to have She decided to Start 'The A n R Report' on xtreme104fm.com which gets about 6k plus viewers each week and climbing.
