The Team Discovery Day™ is a programme, developed Social Styles Energy Centres by Ennea International, to be used by accredited facilitators to kickstart teams’ journeys to high performance. The programme utilises The Five Lens model to Em highlight individual and team behaviour, which otio n a l R e s ili e n ce impacts performance and team effectiveness. Outcomes How does it work? After a successful Team Discovery Day™ you will: How does the Team Discovery Day™ work? 1) Understand the underlying drivers of each members’ behaviour. This opens up choices by bringing drivers into line of sight. 2) Understand what causes others to behave the way they do.
