Entrepreneurs don’t know who they’re talking.
Everyone wants loads of customers – however, not
everyone is our customer. Entrepreneurs shoot from
the hip and hope to catch everyone with their wide
spray of marketing. They fight the concept of
identifying a target audience and serving them directly
and properly.

build their business around their customers needs –
and if you don’t know who your customer is – you
can’t know what their needs are.
