Within six months they were engaged, when Josh turned an every day event into something extra special. “Every day Josh walks me down to my car before I go to work,” Kelsey says. “I thought it was just another normal day. I got into my car, turned to get my sunglasses from the center console and put my stuff in the passenger’s seat. When I turned around to tell him goodbye, he was on his knee right outside of my car. Of course I said YES!” The two found wedding planning to be pretty simple, focusing on a piece of advice Kelsey calls ‘picking your three.’ “The best advice I can give to any bride-to-be is to pick your three. By that, I mean pick the three things that you care the most about on your wedding day. Mine were venue space, our photographer (Liz Osban) and the DJ (Rock on Wheels).” While Liz Osban and Rock on Wheels came together easily for Josh and Kelsey, the venue space presented a bigger challenge. “Our guest list was very big, and we wanted to do something different from everyone else we knew,” Kelsey shares.
