A showcase of delicate artistry, The Gardens create a spectacular setting. With over 3,000 roses from
floribundas and climbing roses, to the statement English rose. In company with the roses, visitors will also
discover a careful selection of flowers, shrubs and trees, highlighted with graceful water features.
The Gardens, which realise the dream and vision of Sir John Hall, have been intricately designed and created by multi RHS award-winning landscape
architect Alistair Baldwin, along with rose expert Michael Marriot from David Austin Roses, and our incredible team of gardeners here at Wynyard
Hall. If roses are what you want, the reality of a beautiful fantasy is what you’ll get.
The entrance to the gardens, the visitor centre, also provides a beautiful farm shop and café, you’ll find yourself spoilt for choice amongst the
available range of goods from handmade Italian sauces, artisan cheese, gifts and stationary, our Farm Shop is a real treat for visitors.
Begin with a gentle walk through our beautiful rose gardens, followed by a soothing cup of tea and a scrumptious cake from our café completed with
a visit to our Farm Shop.
