( 6 ) Th e d e c e d e n t ’s p e r s o n a l r e p r e s e n t a t i v e m ay r e c o v e r f o r t h e d e c e d e n t ’s estate the following: (a) Loss of earnings of the deceased from the date of injury to the date of death, less lost support of survivors excluding contributions in kind, with interest.
