Half a chance, pot luck,
some seem to have it all,
others appear to get none.
Daisy waits for doctor's call,
Mimi got her news,
Tom starts therapy today,
Jake's sessions done.
Life is a cauldron
busily bubbling,
brewing nicely everyone.
In truth control is never ours,
fair play, spin a coin,
indifferent providence,
child of destiny.
Live, laugh, to the full,
make each day amazing
though time is the dictator.
We march to greater tunes,
unique to each one,
tomorrow is incomparable
don't throw it away.
