A South Florida native, Kelsey is one of the core founders
of the Tin Fish cocktail menu and the palate behind uniquely
crafted drinks. Spending most of the past four years honing
her craft behind the bar, she has a passion for hospitality
and a keen eye for detail where perfectly balanced, creative,
seasonal cocktails are the cornerstone of her style.
