anyone desire to raid under my
lead? Rules can be changed,
but make sure that everyone
has fair warning beforehand.
Everyone who decides to raid
would love to see Mythic put on
farm. Not everyone who raids is
actually capable of doing so. It is
an unfortunate fact. Because of
this, you need to know the limits
of your group. Then you need
to push those limits. Expecting
more than your group is capable
of is going to make your raiders
upset and possibly leave. Not
pushing them enough makes
a raid boring to the point that
people might leave to find a better
group. People will inevitably leave
regardless. You just have to push
your group enough to keep the
most people happy with your raids
progression, including yourself.
The only way you can have a
consistent, reliable raid group
is by recruiting. The problem is
that recruiting sucks. Thankfully,
we have a recruiting officer so
I don’t have to worry too much
about recruiting. Trying to find
people on your server who don’t
already have a group and who
aren’t assholes is surprisingly
