Deciding to buy a yacht should not be looked at as a financial

There are buyers that will know exactly what type of yacht they

When buying a yacht already on the water, the process to finalize
ownership, takes around four to eight weeks. The market offers
some great deals and the latest is the 46M Baglietto, built in
2015 with only 585 cruising hours and an interior décor in fine
woods, neutral fabrics and silk carpets that accommodates up
to 10 Guests in five suites.
There is also the option to build a yacht. New built enables you
to create a yacht that is bespoke to you, to bring to life your
vision. A build project takes approximately three years or more
to complete. Occasionally you may find new built projects, in
their final stage of construction available for sale, enabling
the new Owner to customize the last details onboard such as
interior decoration materials. A present example is the 48M
Baglietto ready to be delivered to a new Owner in summer
2018.
Yacht Finance is an option that many buyers are looking into.
As general rule financing is for yachts over 45 meters, where a
bank would normally look at financing up to 70% of the open
market value of the yacht.
