space undoubtedly reflects the quality of the team’s work.
While planning the office space, the employees’ comfort was
considered for the everyday working routine same, as for
the professional communications with the customers. The
building has plenty of divided working areas such as: meeting
rooms arranged by the names of colors, big conference
rooms, a relaxation area on the second floor, seven coffee
points at various departments decorated in different color
styles. Every staff has his or her own box for keeping personal
belongings. currently, the favourite ‘open space’ format is the most
difficult office to engineer. This format requires various
factors to be included: illumination, acoustics of the space,
air flow distribution and coordination of employees’ traffic.
There are usually several stages with any projects just as
was with Oil Insurance Company’s office. These are audits of
client’s particularities and requirements; audit of the space
– some ‘frames’ to incorporate customer’s individuality; plus
combining these two features into one organic way.
The company has an acting educational project – ‘the
insurance university’, and 300 square meters of the office’s
working zone are allotted for this educational project,
Contemporary offices today prioritize establishing a friendly
atmosphere that can evoke employees’ desire to come into
the office with pleasure. It also establishes a sense of trust

were made for the people, particularities of their work. All
these factors were taken into account while designing the Oil
Insurance Company’s new home – the office in Almaty.
