Dinara Tanasheva

Central Asia
Dinara Tanasheva has over 20 years of professional experience with a focus on providing a wide
range of legal services, including services related to employment, secondment and foreign labor
matters, to major national and international companies. Dinara has been involved in developing
recommendations on improvement of the legal and regulatory environment through a number of
different platforms, such as EUROBAK, working groups of Foreign Investors’ Council, AMCHAM,
the Association of Taxpayers in Kazakhstan, and others. Dinara has actively participated in the
working groups drafting Labour Codes of 2007 and 2016 and Work Permit Rules.
Yuliya Yudina

Yuliya has 15 years experience in HR. After graduating from KIMEP she started her career
working for Heineken Group, Samsung and HSBC Bank. Yuliya joined Chagala Group in 2010 as
the HR manager and in 2012 was promoted to Group the HR director role responsible for HR
function in five operating units across Western Kazakhstan.
Maria Lyubushkina

Maria has 15 years of experience in HR. From 2006 to 2012 she had been working in the area
of consulting in Moscow as in-house HR, after which she became Head of the HR function for
Kazakhstan and Central Asia in one of the Big 4 companies. She had also been working as the senior
HR business partner in Sovereign Wealth Fund Samruk-Kazyna as well as HR business partner in
Philip Morris Kazakhstan. In 2018 Maria joined Deloitte HR Consulting practice as senior manager.
Raushan Kanayeva

KIMEP University / Director of the Corporate Development Department
Raushan has over 15 years experience working at KIMEP University. As head of the unit she
is responsible for all relationships with the business community and alumni association that
includes: fundraising and sponsorship, career and employment, grant management and alumni
affairs. As an expert she has been involved in different working committees, participated in
developing of national CSR concept, also Raushan was a jury member of the national CSR
competition Paryz.
Daniyar Seitkhozhin

PwC / Senior Associate at People and Organisation
Daniyar has around 9 years of experience, including working as people management consultant
at Big4, as well as in-house HR business partner in oil and gas company in Kazakhstan. He has
extensive experience of implementing HR projects in various industries in Kazakhstan, Georgia
and in the UK. The areas of his expertise cover HR transformation, employee performance,
motivation and engagement. He delivers HR courses at EUROBAK HR University and trainings
in the framework of PwC / CIPD programs. Daniyar holds the UK Master’s Degree in HR
Management, and has a professional qualification in CIPD.
