She has over 12 years of professional experience in corporate law, labour, migration, dispute resolution, and M&A support, serving clients primarily in mining, oil and gas and healthcare industries. Altynay has been actively involved in developing recommendations on improvement of laws and regulations relating to bringing foreign personnel to Kazakhstan and local content requirements through a number of different platforms, such as the Foreign Investors’ Council, EUROBAK and others. Andrei Yorsh Deputy Chairperson / EUROBAK HR Committee Baker & McKenzie / Senior Associate Andrei Yorsh is a Senior Associate at the Almaty office of Baker & McKenzie. He specializes in dispute resolution, IP, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and antitrust & competition issues. Andrei is a member of IP and Pharmaceutical Working Groups of AmCham; IP Working Group of the Ministry of Justice; Working Group of Eurasian Economic Commission; Member of Advisory. Philip Rybakov Deputy Chairperson / EUROBAK HR Committee JTI Kazakhstan / HR Director Philip Rybakov started his career in HR in 1995 working for Hershey Chocolate, USA. He continued his career in HR working for Rothmans of Pall Mall and Gillette. Philip joined JTI Russia in 2003 as HR Manager, since 2006 he also covered operations in Baltics and was promoted to HR Director Position. As of February 2007 he moved to Kiev to lead the HR operations in Ukraine. After 3 years in Kiev Philip returned to Russia and was heading the HR Function during the following 5.5 years. Philip is CIPD member from 2007 and CIPD Fellow from 2015. Dinara Hasanova Deputy Chairperson / EUROBAK HR Committee Ramstore Kazakhstan / HR Director Dinara graduated from the University of Turkey. She has work for Ramstore Kazakhstan LLP from its foundation, where she started her career as a specialist of staff training. Since 2011 she has been Deputy Director for Human Resources.
