of interest include digitalization, employer branding and event management. She strongly supports
innovation, development and education.

companies. She has a deep knowledge and experience in development and implementation of marketing

with strong focus on innovations. In Al Hilal Bank Kazakhstan Gulmina is responsible for Marketing and
PR Communications, built the marketing function from scratch and successfully managed the marketing
support of retail business roll out.

Nadira Berdali is a professional in Corporate Communications, PR and Change Management with strong
project management skills. The diverse job history allowed her to become communication enthusiast who
can develop integrated communication plans for engaging business stakeholders effectively. The current
position as PR Manager of Asia-Caucasus Cluster in Takeda involves managing internal and external
communication, development of CSR programs and leading business through change and transformation.
