Round table with Erlan Khairov,
chairman of the investment committee
The regular meeting with Mr Erlan Khairov, the Chairman
of the Investment Committee of the Ministry for the Invest-
ments and Development of RK has been accomplished re-
cently by EUROBAK. At the meeting up-to-date questions of
the current investment climate in Kazakhstan, changing ten-
dencies in the investment policies, and further improvements
for mutual cooperation were raised. Mr Khairov replied to the
questions of EUROBAK member companies and shared his
opinion on the expected forecasts of the investment work in
Kazakhstan. He mentioned that Kazakhstan is sustaining the
36th place globally among 190 countries according to ‘Doing
Business’, which is a rating of the World Bank in its work with
investors. Ежегодная встреча с Ерланом Хаировым, Председателем
Комитета по инвестициям Министерства по инвестициям
и развитию РК, состоялась на площадке ЕВРОБАК. Акту-
альные вопросы инвестиционного климата в Казахстане,
изменяющихся тенденций в инвестиционной политике, а
также задачи для укрепления совместного сотрудничества
были подняты на встрече. Господин Хаиров ответил на во-
просы представителей компаний в составе ЕВРОБАК и по-
делился своим мнением об ожидаемых прогнозах в инве-
стиционной деятельности в Казахстане. Он упомянул, что
согласно рейтинга Всемирного Банка «Doing Business» в
сфере работы с инвесторами, Казахстан удерживает 36-е
место среди 190 стран.
The representatives of companies who attended the event
pointed out the importance of these meetings to maintain dia-
logue between the government and the business community,
thus motivating investors for further projects in Kazakhstan. Представители бизнеса отметили важность подобных встреч
для поддержания диалога между правительством и деловым
сообществом, таким образом мотивируя инвесторов на даль-
нейшее развитие проектов в Казахстане.
