Round table with Marat
Beketayev, Minister of Justice
In the course of EUROBAK’s round table event in Astana
with Marat Beketayev, the Minister of Justice of RK, Mr
Beketayev, discussed the legislation activity of the minis-
try and the participation of the business community and
NGOs in this process. In particular the new law on advo-
cacy and legal aid were also discussed at the meeting.
В ходе встречи ЕВРОБАК с Маратом Бекетаевым, Мини-
стром юстиции РК, в г. Астане, г-н Министр рассказал о за-
конопроектной деятельности Министерства и участии биз-
нес-сообщества и НПО в этом процессе. На встрече были
также рассмотрены вопросы правоприменительной практи-
ки нового Закона об адвокатской деятельности и юридиче-
ской помощи.
